Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that IV Clinic operates under a 24-hour cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure timely notification. Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment or arriving more than 10 minutes after the scheduled start time without prior notice will be considered a no-show.

Clients who no-show or request to cancel or reschedule their appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time are subject to a late cancellation fee. This fee is equivalent to the full cost of the appointment and will be charged to the client’s payment method on file.

Please note that IV Clinic reserves the right to use discretion in enforcing this policy. We understand that exceptional circumstances may occasionally prevent clients from providing the required 24-hour notice. In such instances, clients should contact IV Clinic as soon as possible by phone or email to discuss their situation. If clients provide reasonable explanations for their inability to attend and give notice, we may consider waiving the cancellation fee. Such decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
